Backup System for Liquid Oxygen (LOX)

Prefabrication and field installation of high-pressure piping systems (PN63) and process equipment as part of the upgrade of the liquid oxygen (LOX) backup facility in Stenungsund.

The work included workshop prefabrication of oxygen-clean stainless steel high-pressure pipes and pipe supports; lifting and installation of a cryogenic pump station, a water-bath vaporizer, and connecting piping to a 62 m³ LOX tank; as well as pressure testing, oxygen cleaning, drying, and documentation in accordance with PED and EN 13480.
