Our Services
Trailer Service
We service and maintain trailers to ensure that the equipment meets the requirements for transporting liquefied gases. This work includes inspecting pipes, valves, and safety systems.
Vacuum Check and Refill
To keep liquefied gas in a liquid state, an effective vacuum is required between the inner and outer tank jackets. We measure vacuum levels and perform pump maintenance to restore insulation performance as needed.
Helium Leak Detection
Even microscopic leaks in pipes or tanks can cause pressure drops and gas losses. We use helium-based detectors to pinpoint exactly where a system is leaking, whether it is a newly installed system or an older one.
Sales and Service of Cryogenic Equipment
We provide sales, inspection, and maintenance services for custom-engineered valves and pumps for cryogenic applications. These services ensure the components’ leak-tightness, flow control, and proper operation under demanding operating conditions.
Cryogenic Trailer Service
We have a newly built workshop that specializes in top-quality service for cryogenic road transport tanks.
We offer a comprehensive service program for your trailers, including ADR inspections, vacuum service, maintenance of valves and safety equipment, conversions and modifications, nitrogen (N2) purging of tanks with gas-free certificates, pump service, and high-quality replacement parts.
We can easily meet your needs in our workshop and warehouse facilities, which cover approximately 1,500 m² indoors and 3,700 m² outdoors.
Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Wear and tear on cryogenic pumps and leaks in vacuum systems can quickly lead to production stoppages and reduced insulation performance. Our technicians take a preventive approach to extend the service life of the equipment and respond to emergency failures at existing facilities.

Cryogenic Pump Service
We have a fully equipped cleanroom and several highly trained technicians with many years of experience providing top-notch pump service.
We handle the removal of the pump at your facility, transport it to our workshop, and then deliver and reinstall it once the overhaul is complete. Of course, we can also supply new pumps, including installation—for example, mounted on a skid unit that we have designed entirely to your specifications.
APEX IS works with several different pump manufacturers, such as Cryostar, Vanzetti, Sefco, and Fives.
